What is Tech Stack?

Software Development

The combination of programming languages, frameworks, databases, and tools used to build a web or mobile application.

A Tech Stack is divided into two parts: the Frontend (what the user sees) and the Backend (the hidden logic and database). Choosing the right tech stack is the most critical technical decision you will make.

Pick the wrong stack, and your app might be slow, expensive to host, and incredibly difficult to scale when user traffic spikes.

Common Modern Tech Stacks:

  • MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js. Extremely popular for full-stack JavaScript applications.
  • JAMstack: JavaScript, APIs, and Markup. Perfect for lightning-fast, highly secure static sites and eCommerce.
  • Mobile Stack: Flutter or React Native for the frontend, paired with Firebase or AWS for the backend.

At SkyFig Technologies, our architects consult with you to select the perfect, modern, and scalable tech stack tailored specifically for your business goals and budget.
